First step you are given a few written questions. After that you have to go through a video interview answering a few questions while you record yourself. After they make you fill out these tax forms which include your SSN and a lot of private information. After doing all this they emailed me after my interview was reviewed and they did not offer me the position. I am well educated with a four year degree in finance and did the best I could. I also like to cook so I would have made a good grocery shopper. After thinking about the whole process it felt very shady and honestly I would not recommend doing it with Shipt. Be careful with providing your SSN. No company should make you fill all that out before making a decision if they want to hire you. Common sense. Something unethical is going on. But I read other people had the same exact review of this process.
