I had a recruiter screen followed by a 1:1 technical interview with a Senior Software Engineer. The recruiter mentioned that the technical interview would primarily be a conversation, with no coding assessment. However, during the interview, I was asked to formulate a solution to a problem on Coderpad, although it was done verbally due to the 45-minute time limit.
I successfully developed a solution, and the interviewer praised my confidence and skills. I was optimistic about moving forward but unfortunately received a rejection notice a week later.
