Easy phone screen with recruiter. Then did 30 minute virtual interview with 2 people. A lot of questions and they were a moderate difficulty, def harder than others I’ve experienced. Got an offer a week later but then got invited to observe and have a 30 min in person interview. Very weird that they offered a position and sent me to offer letter but then felt like they should interview again.

Was very straightforward and felt like they wanted to ensure I was competent in this setting as a new grad, because it seemed that they did not have much opportunity for mentorship at the time.
