Shoals Technologies Group interview questions

A recruiter with Shoals reached out to me via LinkedIn to see if I would be interested in speaking with her about the Human Resources Director opportunity. I responded within the hour confirming I would be interested in hearing more and providing windows of availability. I was ghosted with no further response. I followed up two days later and still haven't received a response. Everyone is used to being ghosted when they apply for jobs but this recruiter specifically sought me out and then ghosted me. That is not a great candidate experience and frankly a red flag of how this company likely operates.
