It started with introductions and then he proceeded ask an array of questions about me and how I can work with people and help them. He was well mannered and listened to my responses. He knew what kind of person he wanted to hire.

Very easy. If you’ve worked in retail previously or know anything about it you will get the job. I was hired right in spot and it’s a fairly easy job.
