the interview was very smooth. the questions were the basic "describe your work ethic" and they also make sure you have the correct credentials. the whole interview took less than 20 minutes

Interview
Very brief, low pressure, easy questions. They won't filter much out with the easy line of questioning they ask. It's basically a test for the most absolute basic of retail knowledge, ie:
"Can you run a register?"
