I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Shopic in May 2025
Interview
They're probably not hiring seriously. Several friends and I interviewed there, and all of us were qualified but rejected despite later getting offers from better companies for a similar role. During the interviews, the questions were deeply focused on the core challenges of their business. It felt more like they were fishing for solutions to their problems than genuinely looking to hire. It seems like they use interviews as a way to gather ideas from candidates. Honestly, it's not worth your time
