      The interview process was very friendly. They first started me off with a "Life Story" conversation. It's pretty much a way so they can see who you as a person is. I was asked about some of my job experience and the interviewer was very friendly and engaged in the conversation. Once I got passed this I received an offer for the "Gauntlet" this is where the interview process gets a bit tricky. The process was pretty much at first dealing with two different chat boxes so they can see your ability to multitask. Once that is over my interviewer let me know I was receiving a mock phone call. You'll have to juggle a phone conversation while trying to figure our the right way to solve the merchant's issue. After that the interviewer sent me a link in the chat box for an email. Within 15 minutes of the time it was sent I was supposed to figure out the right way to reply back. I was told I would have to wait a couple business days for an update and now I'm currently waiting. Will update if I have anything to add to the interview process.

      Initial interview 'my story'. Was great, I feel you can understand how one operates better this way rather than standard interview questions. 2-week wait for the practical interview. Using chat box, phone and email. This was ok, not a lot of room for error - though I imagine it was quite competitive. Felt like I had to be an empathetic robot based on the language the interviewer was using. The email test was inefficient. 15 minutes to write an elaborate, empathetic detailed email response with links. No timer, but the time starts from the moment you open the email. I would apply again in the future and tailor my language to suit the company, for example, the overuse of 'I appreciate...'

Then had to do a teach me anything challenge, where you write instructions to a skill. Next interview was a technical, where you simulate being a CS guru
