It had a few rounds but the first round of “life story” I find is the most crucial. Be honest, bring your personality after all the conversation will say a lot about you as a support staff.

Very smooth interview. Friendly approach from the interviewer where it felt like a chat of 2 old friends. The test was very hard. 2 simultaneous test chats with complex issues to be solved within certain amount of time.

Easy and straight forward. You meet with someone who determines your personality and if you’re a good fit for the job. They’ll ask you a few questions of when you had to use teamwork, when you had a stressful situation, etc. After that you’ll move onto the technical interview which is straight forward.
