I applied in-person. I interviewed at Shore Thing Marketing
Interview
It was very sketchy . They seemed to care more about your skills in sale when I clearly told them I am interested in an entry level accounting position. After it was all over , I quickly decided to dig into this a little More . Wasn't log till I found out that it was a door to door salesman job . Honestly if you are job hunting and this company calls you , you gotten way too deep . Please don't waste you time .
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Shore Thing Marketing (South Plainfield, NJ) in Apr 2016
Interview
Very quick and easy. Not too personal. They really just judge on if they like you and think you'll fit into their group. They want you to be confident and outgoing. Being shy won't get you to the second interview.

Interview
Very easy interview. Although they had a bunch of us waiting so my interview was pushed back 15 or 20 minutes. First interview was 10 minutes long, they did most of the talking. Then second interview was longer and more in depth. Until you followed around another account manager, there was no mention that this was a door to door sales position.
