I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Shorelight Education (Boston, MA) in Dec 2016
Interview
My interview process went very smoothly. I went through a 3 step interview process where I spoke to a recruiter, then a manager over the phone, then I had an in person interview with the team I would be working with, and all along the way everyone was very kind and informative. Everyone made me feel very welcomed. I would also say the interview process was fairly quick in one week I spoke to the recruiter and the manager of my team, then the follow week I came in for my in person interview and received and offer shortly after.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Shorelight Education (Boston, MA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Smooth with 3 -4 rounds of Interviews : Telephonic as well as face to face rounds. Overall it was great as the questions were more about what i was doing in my former role.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Shorelight Education (Dubai) in Sept 2016
Interview
The process was primitive. Generally interviewer asked regular questions and he tried his best to see I am fit to the job. About the end of process, he mentioned that he has another job in mind, but he never got clear about it and created confusion on overall process, yet rejection reason for the job was that I would have been bored and I wasn't selected for that reason alone. I respect interviewer comments but the reasons were really unclear, no extra info was given.
