Second discussion with Tech lead was also good Technical task was completed and sent to the Reviewer who chose to not reply after multiple emails. The least a company can do is give feedback about the technical task. Without any good feedback the candidate would have wasted his time and effort to do the interview task. After multiple requests for a feedback, the feedback was something given by a junior developer. Below average quality of feedback. Somehow the reviewer choses to avoid a feedback. So candidates, please do not spend time in doing this Interview or Technical task. It will be a waste of time doing it for this company.
