Process should be more professional as HR is the first impression of the company as well as the roles and reasonable salary negotiation. Most likely case in Thailand the JD is unlikely mostly inconsistent to what describe on website or application. The process also include the Math and English test despite of what you have obtained from any degree or certificate. * the info is not up to date and might not contain the errorless.
