SibTech was very flexible and promptly responsive in organizing the phone interview as well as the in person interview. The phone interview was via Skype and the interviewer did not know how to use the technology and therefore there was only one way video chat. He also forgot that we made an appointment but quickly recovered and went ahead with the process. The questions were asked about information included on my resume and did not delve more deeply into the subject or my knowledge. The in person interview was not well planned. The company is quite small with only 3 people and was misrepresented initially as being larger. The interviewer asked inappropriate questions in both interviews directly asking marital status and children or prospects thereof. The facility is antiquated and quite run down. I realize that it is a casual work environment but a stained sweatshirt is not appropriate attire to be interviewing potential candidates (as the CEO). The other employees were very quiet and not prone to social conversation.
