Interview
I did 2 interviews, first with HR and then with the Director. After that you have to pass succesfuly a couple of training days, supervised by the lead of the QA department you are applying to, starting with a class about the company history and how everithing works (including an office tour).

Interview
Some localization tests are needed to ensure the ability of the applicants. Then have a background check about the applicants, including asking about why the applicants want to apply for the position. At last, gave a detailed description of the working environment and the duties of that position.

Applied through Indeed and got a interview the next day. Had a brief call, about 20 minutes and asked very basic questions. Some were revolved around CV an experience, while others about the company and job role. Most of the process was immediate and the interview went well for the most part.
