Hi All, I had been interviewed at Siemens Pune for SDET position where I need to mentor other folks. Let me brief the interview process. Round 1 Written. Asked to write 3 programs and 1 SQL query. Questions were tough. Round 2 Technical face to face Round 3 Technical face to face Round 4 Managerial Round 5 HR I couldn't clear round 2. Guy was a developer and asking irrelevant questions. His name was Gaurav. May be he was good at development but he was not having a sense of testing scripts, frameworks etc. Most of the questions asked were irrelevant. Note: I am not writing this out of frustration :P This is just an honest feedback as a interviewee
