Interview Process was good. It had 2 rounds for the selection process. Both Interviews went well. And finally shortlisted. I was called by HR with the OFFER. I asked for basic negotiation, if possible. And I recieved the rejection letter instead of any negotiation. Glass door should add a new dropdown in " Did you get offer?' No , But Shortlisted. :(
