I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Siemens Healthineers (Newark, DE) in Jun 2007
Interview
The hiring process seemed pretty routine. You'll meet with an HR Representative first, then a series of individual interviews with a panel of employees. When I did it, you sat in a conference room and they came to you, but more recently you'd get a tour of building going to different offices interviewing Some are managers, some will be peers at your level.
To be honest, it wasn't very rigorous for my position. A project leader position is much more thorough and would involve a presentation. I basically talked about courses I took pertininent to my position and my internship experience. Be prepared for everyone to ask if you're prepared to handle blood and urine.

Question 1
None of my questions were very difficult, but the one that came up the most was "Are you okay handling blood, serum, urine, and plasma?"
The interview consisted of two rounds. I interviewed with the hiring manager and the other interview was with additional members of the team. I did not receive an offer until a month after my initial interview.

Interview
Thorough interview process, focused on listening first. The interviewers did a good job of making me feel comfortable. Asked some tough questions about technical information. Three interviews total, took a couple of hours.
I applied online. I interviewed at Siemens Healthineers (Newark, DE) in Oct 2021
Interview
My interview was virtual. The first 30 minutes were with the hiring manager, her manager and a team member. The questions were challenging, but the tone was friendly. The second 30 minutes of my interview were with other senior staff members and including more complicated questions, but again in a relaxed way. Overall, the process was very welcoming and not stressful.
