4 Rounds (1 Telephonic + 2 Face to Face + 1 Online Test)
Telephonic round was technical and was taken by my manager and the HR.
Then there was an online IQ test to be given.
Then the first face to face round was take by my manager. It was a techno-functional round and I was also given a fair idea of the role I would be required to play.
On clearing this round, I was required to have a face to face round with our German Manager. It was more of a functional and background check interview

Open communication and welcoming team. It was more a conversation, with some direct questions about technical expertise then a structured (think STAR) assessment. But the meetings were rescheduled several times (both 1st and 2nd round), which shows some disorganization.

Where do you see yourself in the future of the company: running it, selling things, or more a legal/advisory perspective?
The segment head introduced me to the department head and after 1 month one interview was held with two department heads. 2 weeks after the interview, I received the offer.

Sehr professionell organisierter Bewerbungsprozess. Detaillierte telefonische Vorabinformation über den Interviewablauf durch die HR vor den jeweiligen Interviewrunden. In den Interviews wird jeweils Feedback bzw. Empfehlungen für das Folgeinterview gegeben (natürlich verbunden mit der Erwartung, dass dieses dann auch umgesetzt wird. Neben der sauberen Lösung der Case Studies und guten quantitativen Fähigkeiten wie bei Beratungen üblich, wird auf detailliertes Wissen über den Siemens Konzern (Geschäftsfelder, Kennzahlen usw.) besonderer Wert gelegt.
