One HR responsible and group head has joined to interview. HR responsible's questions' were mostly personal but group head has asked professional questions. It took 2 hours. The room was very small and I have waited for 10 mins for the people.
Group Head was asked and tested my approach regarding customers. He tried to understand if I am patient and customer oriented.

Why do I applied for this position even-tough I was an experienced engineer?
It was good overall. The feedback wasn’t fery clear to me. But the highering manager seems like a very skilled professional. I did not get the offer in the end. They needed someone with a global experience.

Interview
Applied online and heard from HR within a few days. Had a 15 minute screening interview with HR and then had a interview with the hiring manager and two other operations managers. Discussed the project team, types of projects, and my experience as a PM.
The first interview was with the Project Supervisor that briefed me on the role. The whole process was smooth, straightforward and professional. I was put at ease through the process
