I received an email from the Hiring Manager and got interview with the HR and Engineer Manager. The question were not that difficult as they want to check if your good fit for this role as they are investing on you.

Spoke with 2 lead field engineers then spoke with 3 higher level managers. Asked questions about my resume and experience. Whether I’ve worked with HVAC before, pneumatics, experience programming sensors.

3 phones calls. First with HR, second with manager, third with a team of managers and peers. Technical questions mostly with manager, various q and a in the last interview. Not great communication between interviews. Described a sense of urgency then failed to follow up for weeks, despite progressing to final round.
