Faccio apply, poi vengo scartato e nemmeno sentito al primo colloquio, ricevo solo una mail automatica di feedback che dice che al momento non vanno avanti cn la mia candidatura.

They always ask you to go through the CV, and then will ask you to provide specific examples of Projects you've previously managed.

1 - Phone Interview with recruitment manager .2 - Onsite Interview with Local Manager. Local manager detailed position goals.
3 - On Site Interview Global Manager of business area do decide who was the proper persons from the short list.
