The interview was casual and in person. It lasted about 20 minutes. They were interested in me previous experience and expectation. I felt that I was underqualified for the position.

Great interview with great people. It was fairly average but great experience. I'd recommend this company to anyone searching for a full time job. I have nothing negative to say.

I submitted my information and was called in about one to two weeks later for an interview. I SURE WOULD NOT WORK HERE. The facility was old and culture was that of the 1960's. Pretty much felt just like a number in a cubicle. There was no room for creativity. The people there were pretty much the same if you know what I mean. They particularly did not care about people with a different background. They did not come out and say it. But it was implied and felt very uncomfortable in the interview. Don't worry. I would never work in an organization like yours.
