Interview
General managerial questions on estimation, project life cycle, risk management, team handling, crisis handling. FIrst there was a telephonic interview, followed by face to face. Later had an interview with the German colleagues followed by HR round.
Was made to wait for close to 4 hours before the HR round. Also there were 2-3 weeks gap between each interview phase.

It was good overall. The feedback wasn’t fery clear to me. But the highering manager seems like a very skilled professional. I did not get the offer in the end. They needed someone with a global experience.

Interview
Applied online and heard from HR within a few days. Had a 15 minute screening interview with HR and then had a interview with the hiring manager and two other operations managers. Discussed the project team, types of projects, and my experience as a PM.
The first interview was with the Project Supervisor that briefed me on the role. The whole process was smooth, straightforward and professional. I was put at ease through the process
