For three weeks after my final interview, I did not get any update on the status or next steps despite the promised timeline. Finally, I received a generic rejection email stating I did not get the role, with no specific feedback provided on why I was not selected. The lack of transparency and follow-through on commitments made during the interview process was disappointing, especially after investing significant time and effort into multiple interview rounds. While the interviews themselves were a positive experience, the delays in communication and generic rejection notice without any constructive feedback left me disappointed. The company could certainly improve in setting appropriate expectations and providing closure in a timely, professional manner.
