Unacceptable process with recruiters who do not follow up. They keep on opening roles in communications, offering flexibility within Europe and they hire people who are not even associated with comms.

Question 1
They are asking easy questions and they want to keep some notes, so I am giving them keywords to note down. The recruiters have no clue about the roles that they are recruiting in any case.
Es war ein sehr angenehmes Gespräch, kein einseitiger Monolog, sondern viel eher ein Dialog. Es wurde viel Raum für Fragen gegeben, lockere Atmosphäre, in der sich Bewerber sehr wohlfühlen und sich beweisen dürfen.

After a phone interview, I was invited to a panel interview and create a 20-minute self-presentation in PowerPoint. The meeting was about 2 hours long, with several individuals and then panel interviews.
