2-Step interview process. First interview with recruiter. Typical interviews to touch on resume and background. Afterwards second round with Hiring Manager and another employee. Relaxed interview atmosphere, some detailed questions how certain issues could be handled efficiently/what my workflow would be, to get to the best results.

It was good overall. The feedback wasn’t fery clear to me. But the highering manager seems like a very skilled professional. I did not get the offer in the end. They needed someone with a global experience.

Interview
Applied online and heard from HR within a few days. Had a 15 minute screening interview with HR and then had a interview with the hiring manager and two other operations managers. Discussed the project team, types of projects, and my experience as a PM.
The first interview was with the Project Supervisor that briefed me on the role. The whole process was smooth, straightforward and professional. I was put at ease through the process
