Sientra interview questions

Seemingly the negative reviews are correct about the type of people, company and culture. Had an introductory phone screen with a contracted recruiter then a video meeting with the CPO. There was a major disconnect in communication between the recruiter and the CPO about the specifics of the role. but even as a flexible candidate, when I attempted to follow-up, I was ghosted.

Very easy interview. Did not check any references or do a drug screen. They cannot answer questions about culture. All interviewers really struggled to answer beyond any form of a canned reply. They LOVE Zoom.
