The application and interview process was in two parts. The recruiter, Suzy, contacted me after I applied online. She asked me to come down to the office and take a skills assessment test (typing, spelling, and creating a flyer). This was fairly brief and took about a half hour in total. Suzy was very warm and friendly during this process. I was called back within 24 hours and asked to come in for an in-person interview with the Executive Director. This interview was about an hour long in length and was very detail oriented. The Executive Director made me feel comfortable and treated the interview like a two way street: we we both able to ask and answer questions. The process overall process was very straight forward and professional. Both the recruiter and the Executive Director were helpful, engaging, and warm throughout the process.
