Was recruited on LinkedIn, interviewed with Talent Acquisition before moving to the next round with the hiring manager. Interview felt conversational, questions that were asked felt standard for the job, lots of time left for questions to be asked on my end. Ultimately, they moved on with another candidate but I was very positively impacted by the communication throughout the process. Many companies will simply ghost you these days, Sierra Nevada was transparent and quick to communicate the next steps and provide feedback.
