I went through 4 interviews. What was striking is that you meet the CEO second after the director for the positions. I made it through to the final two interviews with the team I’d be working with. The feedback after each interview was the same, however after the last and final interview, the feedback about why I didn’t receive the job directly contradicted what they had been asking of me (to speak more in depth about my experience). Not only was their interview feedback very weak after 4 interviews, the contradiction made me wonder if there was a different reason they suddenly backed out when I was sent to HR as a candidate, one where they could not legally discriminate against.
