Fantastic. the company takes its interview process seriously. The interviewers were on time. the One on one interview lasted 1.5 hours which consisted of two rounds and HR and a meeting with teh Owner. The interview process is the only part that is professional in the organisation. And that is where it ends.

they would hire anyone who walks in..people do not continue for even a month.high attrition rate. hence they keep calling people from naukri.com and keep convincing them to join there HR consultancy and make a career in HR which is utter nonsense. Hired candidate are made to call people on useless data and beg them to come for interviews
