video interview with a few questions that allows at least 2 retry attempts. Questions are not difficult but unsure what they are looking for based on the questions. I believe some degree of research on the company would be helpful

I had to go through an online assessment in the first round. Afterwards, in the second round, there was a panel interview where all shortlisted candidates were required to participate. The panel interview was held for a day in which there were 3 main sections: 1 self-introduction of each candidate 2. Case interview 3. Behavioral interview

Interview
It was through phone screening. It was too abrupt. The HR started interviewing me with a whole list of questions and I was unprepared. The HR asked me about my career plans and what kind of jobs I applied and she had asked some personal questions that made me quite uncomfortable as I feel that it was too private for me to share with her.
