Signify Software Engineer interview questions

One on one interview review of your resume. Mostly they will focus on the skill set mentioned in your resume. They can ask you some coding questions where you have to code in any language.

Recruiter made first contact saying that my LinkedIn profile raised his interest for this position. After reading the job description I found it interesting too and shared my CV. Two MS Teams interviews, first with the same recruiter, second with software architect. Only talking, no test. In the end I was told that I was not a fit - among reasons because of limited knowledge in Networking in Linux. I only find it interesting that my LinkedIn profile shows a Linux LPIC-1 Certification and a Networking and Security Specialization that I am unsure if they were noticed, but ok, probably their standards or expectations were quite high. I wish success in their search.
