I applied in-person. I interviewed at Signtronix (San Antonio, TX) in Feb 2013
Interview
Genuine... professional and comfortable. Joel Pelton made me feel very necessary and important. I suggested starting an art department, with me leading it and he agreed. My influence with Joel and Signtronix was definitely a lasting one for both they and I. This has to be one of my fondest memories of places I've worked and the people there are some of the most beautiful people I'll never forget.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What I thought would be a good direction for the company to take. Joel was genuinely interested in my ideas, suggestions and opinions. He listened as much as he spoke. I knew immediately that this was somewhere I wanted to work. They didn't just ask to ask... I knew right away that my answers were taken seriously.

interview process was relaxed. We discussed goals, ambitions, and why I felt I would be a good salesman. The manager explained what I would be doing and the methods in which it would be done. Basically business to business cold calling using a script. All questions were answered in detail. The interviewing manager was patient and thorough.
