Silberline Manufacturing interview questions

Competence based interview. Friendly approach but very thorough. 2 interviews were attended, the first was with middle management and lasted just over 1 hour. The second was with senior management and lasted 1 hour and a half. I don't really have a negative to contribute to this review.

Met with the plant manager and he asked several questions. I had been employed as a summer help employee do I knew the process and how things worked beforehand so he really didn't have to explain things to me.
