Had initial phone screen more for recruiter to find out your interest in company. After that I was asked to complete a video interview. I was then invited for a super day at one of their offices. The actual superday was ~4 hours long, but it goes by really fast. 4 (30 min) interviews total and then a 45 minute writing sample. Everyone at the company was very welcoming and interviews were more conversations than technical. They care less about experience and more about if you fit the company culture.
