Two rounds of interview (Whatsapp and Webx), the arrangement and responds were fast, process very smooth. Interview focused on past experience. Detailed technical questions will be asked if the experience is related to semiconductor area. The interviewers are reasonable, HR is friendly. Package is not good compared to market, below average I think.
