Worked through a recruiter to apply for the position and interviewed with 2 individuals. 1 supervisor and then that persons direct supervisor. They were courteous and showed an interest in developing talent, comp was on the high end but ended up not having the oil and gas experience they were looking for. Would interview again but make sure I did my homework more on O&G
