First, I got call from recruitment agency. They asked about my experiences and skills. They informed that they will find out to match with my skills. On the next 3 days, I got call that the recruitment agency got one company that interested with my skills. They told this company related with IT banking environment. Lastly, they said it was Silverlake. On that time, I felt impressed with Silverlake. As I know , Silverlake already have pool of IT staffs. However, they assigned to different group of company. Anyway, I agreed to be interviewed on the following week.
