The first round was fantastic—an hour-long interview with an HR representative and the hiring manager. It went really well, and the same day, the hiring manager contacted me for a second interview. The second interview, though, was tough. There were four panel members, all from higher management, and it was intense. The questions were challenging, and the whole experience felt overwhelming.

The interview process was relatively simple. Management just wanted to get to know the candidate, and there were not many technical questions asked. The whole process was probably more of seeing if the candidate was a good fit to the team and the culture of the company. Just make sure that you understand the company business and subsidiaries beforehand in case it is asked.

The interview session took around 1 hour. The session was held via online. I applied for the job six month ago, then receive a call for interview invitation. As Sime Darby is big company, the hiring process is not too straightforward. Got few stages.
