Not sure how their selection process actually works, but it seems like everyone gets a shot if they are willing to procure the proper license and work a ridiculous amount of hours "training" with people who don't seem to want to put in the effort to train someone and answer questions to help with anything (training wise, including having you call people from a new type of call sheet and not explaining how you're supposed to start your 'pitch') unless it's a potential sale.
