Interview
I applied via LinkedIn and was contacted to do a phone screen. After the phone screen I was moved to the next round which was a formal interview with the regional manager and hiring manager via zoom. I asked and was reassured multiple times I’d hear back from them either way. Not only did they not bother to reach back out, but completely ignored and didn’t reply to my follow up email and text to confirm I wasn’t in the running anymore. If someone takes time out of their day to interview with you, have the decency to make the time it takes to fire off a single sentence letting them know they didn’t get the job.
applied online. Phone interview, had to talk with two people in different states. Both contacted same day. was not sure quit who was lead decision maker. said that I would then next have another form company reach out to me.

Interview
The process was straight forward, had a phone interview with the manager to talk about my experiences, 2nd interview with the Director about my experiences, qualities straight forward. Friendly over all and quick, received an offer shortly after.
