2 Levels of the Interview happened. The HR tried to negotiate on salary and then agreed upon a certain amount and said offer letter will be rolling out soon. And then delayed it saying "it's already approved, just waiting for signature", "will be sending to you on Monday", "will share soon". Never received the offer letter. HR stopped picking up calls.
