Simplicity Laser interview questions

Interviews were quick and to the point. They did a great job explaining the job and the company. Making sure you're comfortable getting laser hair removal treatments done on yourself, making sure you're okay seeing all types of clients come in. They explained the commission breakdown and sales goals, and also asked a fair amount of "what would you do in this situation" questions.

The interview was held in an empty office in the clinic by the district manager. She asked a lot of questions and made lots of promises regarding hours, pay, success, commissions, great work environment, etc. None of these promises were fulfilled and when I tried to bring it up, she was never available to discuss it or talked her way around them. She was great at making the job look appealing and making me think there was a real opportunity to build a career with Simplicity. I now feel really stupid for believing her lies. Pay was not mentioned and I tried to negotiate pay and she stood up and said "the pay is what it is, maybe in 6 months you can ask for a raise" and shuffled me out of the office.
