I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with our application process. We understand your frustration, but we're happy to report that we've revamped the application process to address your feedback, as well as similar feedback from others.
The new application process includes an assessment (20 minutes) that will provide you an instant score. The new assessment helps provide applicants, like you, a better indication early-on if they're likely a good fit for SimplrFlex.
Additionally, we're shortening the time it takes to hear back from us with a final decision. Our average time to respond is currently five business days, with our goal to get that close to two business days. Of course, in periods where we see a surge in applicants, the process will take longer.
