The timings you highlight (whilst our records show the process took significantly less time than you quoted) are not acceptable for the high standards we hold ourselves to.
Simply Business is growing fast, and this growth extends to the number of jobs we're creating – your feedback will help to ensure our recruitment experience will improve for hundreds of candidates in 2018.
We would challenge some of the comments you've made, particularly around the direction of Simply Business and our office environment. We'd also like to place on record that we are entirely transparent about – and genuinely proud of – our ownership model.
But, let's put this to one side, admit we took far too long in your case to reach a conclusion, and sincerely apologise for any hassle along the way.
