Very relaxed and welcoming, process was like similar interviews but with a relaxing atmosphere. Nice to meet and greet with the other candidates and was nice to have the reassurance that we weren't all in competition with each other and it was about what we could bring to the business.

I was first contacted by phone where we discussed my skills and the opportunity available. Once completed, I then had two separate interviews on zoom. This was a competency-based interview followed by a role play and communication task.
