Applied for the job via a job agency (HAYS) and was interviewed by 2 Senior Members of the Finance Team (the Financial Controller and the AP Manager) and then sat with the Management Accountant and the AP Assistant.
Was told a bit about the role and what each of them do and then I spoke about my work experience.
