Applied online and put through to an easy phone interview. After that I was set up with a in-person interview. Met with current employee, she was very nice and enthusiastic. Told me I would do well in the role and promised to put in a good word with her boss. Another few weeks later met with her boss. She said I would be a great fit and let me shadow the girl I met with last time. Said she thought I would be great for the role and was highly recommended. Never heard back after this interview. No updates, even after contacting HR and the two points of contacts..
